Planning & Data Management Specialist (m/f/d)

As Planning & Data Management Specialist, you report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and ensure that customer product needs are met through accurate planning and data coordination. You manage production planning based on orders, stock levels, transit goods, and supplier timelines, while also serving as the company’s master data expert within Microsoft Dynamics.
Profile & Tasks
Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role
- Background in manufacturing or mass-market industries (e.g. toys, consumer goods, electronics, furniture, automotive, etc.)
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar preferred
- High proficiency in English (essential)
- Experience in master data management or related activities is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in international environments
Tasks
- Define product requirements based on current customer needs
- Monitor daily stock levels in both external and internal warehouses
- Issue and track production orders, confirming product references, units, batches, and pricing
- Coordinate delivery timelines with the sourcing team in China
- Create medium-term forecasts for campaigns and customer agreements
- Manage and track transport orders with freight forwarders and carriers (air/sea/land)
- Resolve availability issues and align supply with demand
- Define minimum stock levels and warehouse locations based on customer needs
- Communicate key updates to internal and external stakeholders (KAMs, customers, suppliers)
- Monitor logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate product and transaction data in Microsoft Dynamics, including SKUs, prices, client and supplier info, payment terms, discounts, and more
