As Logistics Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our logistics strategy – from warehousing and transport to procurement and supplier management. Reporting to the COO, your focus is to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery to customers across global markets. You will manage key partnerships and drive operational excellence throughout the supply chain.
Profile & Tasks
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics and operations
- Background in mass-market industries such as FMCG, toys, electronics, automotive, furniture, or similar
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- High proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Proven experience in managing global supplier relationships and service level agreements
- Skilled in supplier performance management and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments
- Proactive mindset, structured work approach, and willingness to travel
Tasks
- Define and implement stock and warehouse strategies to ensure product availability across all locations
- Develop and manage transportation strategies for domestic and international shipments
- Oversee production planning and ensure alignment with product availability needs
- Coordinate product availability dates and delivery timelines (ETD/ETA) with customers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with delivery terms, documentation, and packaging standards
- Maintain logistics pricing and data records in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics
- Negotiate service levels, pricing, and lead times with logistics partners
- Identify and evaluate alternative transport solutions (air, sea, land)
- Manage incoming goods, returns, and inter-warehouse transport, including all related documentation (CMRs, packing lists, B/Ls, certificates, etc.)
- Act as primary contact for freight forwarders, carriers, and customs offices
- Report shipments and coordinate documentation across various Incoterms and Intrastat requirements
