Key Account Manager
Toys & Cosmetics (m/f/d)

As Key Account Manager for the Toys and Cosmetics divisions, you will be fully responsible for driving sales growth through Spain’s major retail chains. You’ll lead direct negotiations with key national accounts. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets through strategic sell-in, continuous sell-out monitoring, and targeted promotional activations.
Profile & Tasks
Profile
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the mass market sector, ideally in toys, cosmetics, or similar consumer goods
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage large retail accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with data analysis (Excel) and ERP systems
  • University degree strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Cross-functional team player, able to work closely with logistics, finance, and product teams
  • Experience managing and tracking sales budgets and promotional spend
Tasks
  • Develop and execute sales plans per customer; close annual agreements (plantillas)
  • Build and expand commercial relationships with national key accounts
  • Lead negotiations to list new products in cooperation with customer purchasing teams
  • Allocate and manage budgets for product listings, trade promotions, and sell-out campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with customer agreements (deliveries, stock levels, pricing)
  • Track and analyze monthly targets; implement corrective actions when needed
  • Monitor sales activity and performance; optimize commercial strategies accordingly
  • Provide regular reporting on account performance and key issues
