IT Specialist (m/f/d)

As IT Specialist, you will report to the IT Senior Advisor in Germany and take full responsibility for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT systems across three locations (Sabadell, Germany, Switzerland). You will be the sole internal IT contact, supported by external providers, and play a key role in both operational support and future IT improvement projects.
Profile & Tasks
Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in IT maintenance and system support
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft-based environments
- Hands-on experience in end-user support or customer-facing IT roles
- Formal technical training in IT or information systems
- Experience in preparing requirements and delivering IT-related projects
- Fluent spoken English is essential
- Proactive, self-reliant, and comfortable working as the sole internal IT contact
Tasks
- Provide day-to-day IT support for approximately 45–50 users across multiple locations
- Maintain and troubleshoot microcomputer hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, 3D printers) and prepare new devices
- Manage and update software services within a Microsoft environment, including ERP Microsoft Dynamics
- Administer Active Directory (user setup/removal, permissions, authentication, SharePoint, etc.)
- Oversee and maintain data backup systems
- Manage security infrastructure, including firewalls and antivirus software
- Implement and monitor security protocols for software and applications on all company devices
- Maintain and update server versions and related system components
