International Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

As International Sales Coordinator, you report to the Sales Director based in Germany and act as the central point of contact for our international customers. You are responsible for managing the complete order process – from order intake to final dispatch – ensuring smooth communication, accurate processing, and timely delivery. You coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues and provide excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Profile & Tasks
Profile
  • 2–3 years of experience in international customer service or order coordination
  • Ideally experienced in mass-market industries such as toys, electronics, automotive, homeware, or consumer goods
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar is a plus, but not required
  • High proficiency in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment
Tasks
  • Maintain direct and proactive communication with international customers (by phone and email)
  • Receive, verify, and register customer orders
  • Check availability of goods and reconcile delivery dates with internal stock and inbound shipments
  • Manage and monitor open orders on a daily basis
  • Coordinate purchasing needs with the import team
  • Prepare offers and quotations for assigned customers
  • Work closely with planning, key account managers, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
